This Privacy Policy describes how Shoperpro, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Shoperpro”, “we”, “us” and/or “our”) process the personal data we collect online (via our websites) and offline (through customer support channels, our points of sale and in-person promotional activities). We call all of this the “Services”. This Privacy Policy explains the types of personal data we collect and process, how we may use and share the data, and the choices available to you regarding our processing of your personal data.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect personal data from you when you provide it to us directly and through your use of the Site. This information may include:
• Information you provide to us when you use our site (for example, your name, contact details, gender, product reviews, and any information you add to your account profile);

Information We Collect by Automated Means

We may associate this information with your Shoperpro account if you have one, the device you use to log in to our Services, or the email or social media accounts you use to interact with Shoperpro.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Depending on how you use our Site, your interactions with us and the permissions you grant to us, the purposes for which we use your data include:
• To fulfill your order and maintain your online account.
• To manage and respond to any questions or complaints to our customer service team.

We are always looking to learn more about our customers to offer the best products and customer experience. We use information about you to personalize your view of the Site, to make it more interesting and relevant to the products and offers offered.
WHO CAN HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION
Third-Party Service Providers: We may use third-party service providers acting on behalf of Shoperpro to perform some of the services described above. For example, we share certain information with service providers who assist with credit card and payment processing, hosting, management and maintenance of our data, email distribution, research and analysis, advertising, analysis, or administration of certain services and features. We may also share information about you with our professional advisors, including accountants, auditors, lawyers, insurers, and bankers, if necessary. These service providers may change over time, but we will always use trusted service providers we need to take appropriate security measures to protect your data by our policies. We only allow them to process your data for specific purposes and, where applicable, by our instructions and the provisions of this policy and applicable law.
ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICS SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES
We may authorize third parties to provide analytics services and serve advertisements on our behalf across the internet and in mobile applications. They may use cookies, web beacons, and other technologies to collect information about your use of the Services and other websites and applications, including your IP address, device ID, web browser, mobile network information, pages viewed, time spent on pages or in applications, links clicked and conversion information. This information may be used by Shoperpro and others to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of content, deliver advertising and content targeted to your interests on our Services and other websites, and better understand your online activity. We may also work with third parties to serve ads to you as part of a personalized campaign on third-party platforms (such as Facebook or Google). As part of these advertising campaigns, we or third-party platforms may convert information about you, such as your email address, into a unique value that can be associated with a user account on these platforms to allow us to learn more about your interests and offer you advertising tailored to your interests. Note that third-party platforms may offer you choices about whether you see these types of personalized ads.
Manage or deactivate your Shoperpro account
You can view, update, or change your account information, including profile, contact, payment, and shipping information, at any time by logging into your Shoperpro account. You can also deactivate your Shoperpro account by sending an email to ridagu@Shoperpro.com.
Opting out of email marketing
You can unsubscribe from our promotional emails at any time by following the instructions included in those emails. If you opt out of receiving such communications, please note that we may continue to send you non-promotional emails (such as order confirmation emails or emails regarding changes to our legal terms).
Restrict cookies
Most web browsers are configured to accept cookies by default. You can generally choose to configure your browser to delete or reject browser cookies. Please note that if you choose to delete or reject cookies, this may affect the availability and functionality of our websites.

Our Services are not designed for children. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
INFORMATION SECURITY
We work hard to protect your data. We use a combination of technical, administrative, and physical controls to maintain the security of your data. This includes the use of Transport Layer Security (“TLS”) to encrypt many of our services. However, no method of data transmission or storage is completely secure. DATA TRANSFERS AND PRIVACY SHIELD
Shoperpro is headquartered in the United States, and we have operations and entities in the United States and other countries. As such, we may transfer your data to, or store or access it, in jurisdictions that may not provide equivalent levels of data protection to your home jurisdiction. We will take steps to ensure that your data benefits from an adequate level of protection in the jurisdictions in which we process it.
When we transfer personal data from the European Union, United Kingdom, or Switzerland to the United States, we do so in reliance on an approved data transfer mechanism, such as the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission. We also comply with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework, as established by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal data transferred from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States. , respectively (collectively, the “Privacy Shield Principles”). Shoperpro has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. By the Privacy Shield Principles, we are committed to resolving complaints regarding our processing of your data. Individuals in the EU, UK, and Switzerland with questions or complaints regarding our compliance with the Privacy Shield program should contact us first. We have further committed to referring unresolved Privacy Shield complaints to JAMS, an alternative dispute resolution provider located in the United States. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint from us, or if we have not addressed your complaint to your satisfaction, please contact or visit https://www.jamsadr.com/file-an -eu-us-privacy-shield -or-safe-harbor-claim for more information or to file a complaint. JAMS services are provided to you free of charge.
Under certain conditions, you may be able to invoke binding arbitration to resolve your claim. Shoperpro is subject to the investigative and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission.
If we share personal data transferred to the United States under the Privacy Shield with a third-party service provider that processes such data on our behalf, then we will be responsible for that third party’s processing in violation of the Privacy Shield Principles, unless we cannot prove that we are not responsible for the event causing the damage.
Requests from data subjects
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you and to request that your data be corrected, updated, or erased. Legal basis for processing

We need to use your data to carry out our responsibilities under our contract with you (for example, processing payments and supplying the Shoperpro products you have ordered).
We have a legitimate interest in processing your data. For example, we may process your data for performance marketing activities, to perform data analysis, and to provide, secure and improve our Services.
We must do this to comply with a legal obligation to which we are subject.
We must do this to protect our vital interests or those of others.
We have your consent to do this, which you can withdraw at any time.

CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
The California Consumer Privacy Act or “CCPA” (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq.) and the Shine the Light Act (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83) provide consumers residing in California with certain rights regarding their personal information. If you are a California resident, this section applies to you.
The CCPA requires us to disclose the following information regarding our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information. Over the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal data: identifiers; commercial information; demographic information (note that certain demographic information may be considered protected classification characteristics under state or federal law); activity on the Internet or an electronic network; geolocation data; audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory or similar information; inferences; and other categories of personal data that relate to you or are reasonably likely to be associated with you. We collect personal data for business or commercial purposes described in the “How we use your information” section above. During the last 12 months
Shoperpro does not sell your data. We allow our advertising partners to collect certain device identifiers and electronic network activities through our Services to display advertisements targeted to your interests. To opt out of having your data used for targeted advertising purposes, please see the Third Party Advertising and Analytics Services section above.
Subject to certain limitations, California consumers have the right to (1) request to know more about the specific items and categories of personal data we collect, use, and disclose, (2) request deletion of their data, and ( 3) opt out of any “sales” of your data that may take place, and (4) not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We will verify your request by contacting you after receiving your request to verify your identity. Please note that we may retain certain information as required or permitted by applicable law. If you request deletion of your data, some of our products and services may no longer be available to you.
If we receive your request from an authorized agent, we may request proof that you have provided that agent with a power of attorney or that the agent otherwise has valid written authority to submit requests to exercise rights on your behalf.
We offer various financial incentives. For example, we may offer discounts or other benefits to customers who sign up to receive our marketing emails. When you participate in a financial incentive, we collect personal data about you, such as identifiers such as your name and email address. You may opt-in to a financial incentive by following the registration instructions, and you have the option to opt out of the incentive by contacting us. In some cases, we may provide additional terms and conditions for a financial incentive, which we will provide to you upon registration. The value of your data is reasonably related to the value of the offer or discount presented to you.
Make the light shine
California law allows California residents to request certain details about how their information is shared with third parties for their direct marketing purposes or to opt out of such sharing. We do not share your data with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES AND THIRD PARTY CONTENT
We may provide links to third-party websites, services, plug-ins, and applications, such as Facebook and Google, that are not operated or controlled by Shoperpro. This Privacy Policy does not apply to such third-party services and we cannot assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services before providing any information to or through them.
The Services may offer social sharing features and other integrated tools (such as the Facebook “Like” or “Share” button or the Twitter “Tweet” button) that allow you to share actions you take on our Services with other media. Your use of these features allows the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the entity providing the social sharing feature. For more information on the purpose and scope of data collection and processing in connection with social sharing features, please consult the privacy policies of the entities that provide these features.
DATA CONSERVATION
Our retention periods for personal data are based on business needs and legal requirements. We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the processing purposes for which the data was collected and for any other permitted related purposes. For example, we may retain certain transaction details and correspondence until the deadline for claims arising from the transaction has expired. When we no longer need to use your data, it is deleted from our systems and records or anonymized so that you can no longer be identified from it.
CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
We may modify this privacy policy from time to time. If we do so, we will post the updated policy on our sites and indicate when the privacy policy was last revised. If we make material changes, we will provide you with additional notice. You should periodically review our current Privacy Policy to stay informed about our data practices.
